VBS work

We had so much fun the other night at the Braodbent's painting a boat for the set for VBS this summer. Tyler was a little shy at first but warmed up and ended up having a blast. There was lots of space to run and explore. He absolutely loved it. He even got to paiit a little bit. It might have been a dry brush on dry paint but he thought he was helping. He really thought he was cool. He and Haleigh mostly played outside on the patio. Haleigh ate a bunch of rocks and Tyler did who knows what. He was everywhere. You can't watch Haleigh close enough. She puts EVERYTHING in her mouth.

Brett hung out with the kids too. Brett is one of Tyler's favorite big friends at church. They have lots of fun together. But it looks like here Haleigh is trying to escape.

She is beyond precious. I love this picture.

Tyler is a helpful big brother bringing her cup to her but it doesn't seem as though she is interested or maybe she is showing off. This was her fancy toy that Twyla had for her to play with in hopes of distracting her from the little tiny rocks. Funny that she called it a fancy toy because that is exactly what she plays with at home. She loves the Tupperware cabinet.

Tyler was loving the trampoline. He was getting a little too courageous with it by the end of the night too. But when he got crazy with it at least he took his glasses off!

It was a fun night with friends, fun for the kids and we got work done in the process. It doesn't get better than that.
