For Tyler's 2
nd birthday we took him to Chuck E. Cheese. He was so excited when we walked in the door to the obnoxiously
noisy place with kids running
everywhere. His eyes lit up and while we waited in line to get in he was scoping out the place to see what he wanted to do. It really was precious to see how excited he was and just how his eyes were so lit up and he was wanting to explore everything.
Our seats were in the little area with
the 'band' and he just thought that was so cool. We sat and watched that for a while and it didn't seem to get old.

I think maybe when I was a kid we went once or twice. I
was more of a show Biz kinda girl. So Chuck E. Cheese was a little new to me. All I
remember was this little bad area and then a huge ball pit. No ball pits anymore but the gold old Chuck E. Cheese Band still put on a pretty good show!

Tyler only looked back a few times to make sure we were following him. He wasn't as interested in the games as he was the
stinkin' band. I guess free stuff is good though.

He was off to explore and I had Haleigh in my
snugly wrap and Jeff was
ordering pizza so I had to follow the little guy everywhere. Let me tell you he was hard to keep up with with all
the chaos.

Another of his favorites
was the little slide that was again free. I guess if his favorite things don't cost money I could take him there more often. He kept going back to the slide and the band. He was having so much fun and so were we.

This was his first roller coaster ride. It had a little TV on it
that showed the roller coaster and then
the machine moved with the coaster. He was hanging on tight and laughing when it was done. It was so fun to see him having so much fun.

Pizza time. I do remember from my childhood days that the pizza here was not
the best. That also hadn't changed. It was edible but it would not be a place I would want to go to order pizza. Tyler didn't care though he was all about it.

He got
the hang of this game after he played it a couple times. We had to hold the little thing and show him how to play it but he figured it out fast. He
also played this fly swatter game that he loved. Jeff played the ski ball thing (no idea how to spell it-or play it) the pop a shot basketball game and then we all rode a roller coaster thing together. This is where Jeff
wants to go for his birthday too!
We had a fabulous family night out and we all had fun together. I"m sure he'll want to go there again .
