VBS

Vacation Bible School this year was called Power Lab and Jeff was the Professor Gizmo or something crazy like that. He dressed up each day with some kind of crazy theme because he was a scientist. I wish I could have had a picture each day of what he looked like. Several years ago I never would have dreamed that he would do anything crazy like this. I remember when he wouldn't talk and it drove me crazy. He wouldn't dare get in front of a big group let alone look like a complete ridiculous I don't even know what.
Tyler wasn't real sure what to think of him. He didn't want to get close to him at all at first when we got there. I don't think he thought it was really his daddy. He just looked at him all weird and when Jeff would talk to him he would turn his cheek and wouldn't look at him at all.l
Not really a good picture but this was Professor Gizmo and Wilma in the power lab and they did some crazy experiments for the kids. Some of them I would have tried first before I did it in front of a big group. Nope not these two. I think that's partly why a lot of it was so funny.
Tyler loves the stairs at church and he loves his buddy Brett. VBS week and the week before with planning Brett and Tyler became good buddies. Tyler took Brett everywhere and kept him very busy. Tyler thinks he owns the church and acts like it is his second home. I guess it is though when we are there so much. But I tell you he is EVERYWHERE. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and he is ready to walk in the front door every time we go there.
