Full Weekend

This weekend was a weekend packed full of events, cleaning and running errands. It seems like we weren't home hardly at all after Saturday during the day. We did some hard-core cleaning with the possibility of putting our house on the market. It is a great possibility that we will be moving soon into an amazing house that we know if we get it it is definitely a gift from God.

My fun event was on Sunday afternoon when I went to the baby shower for an old childhood friend. Valerie and I had gone to school since grade school and it seems like the only time we really talk anymore is at baby showers. I hadn't seen her since Tyler's baby shower a little over a year ago. It was good times to catch up and we just pick up where we left off the last time. Valerie will be having a girl in about two weeks. That's why we are in pink!! Yeah for girls!!

Then immediately after that I came home and picked up Jeff and Tyler and we headed to the church again for an evening called Magnify. It is an evening filled with different kinds of musical talents and not so much talent...
The first "act" was Jeff and the K-Motion kids. They sang two songs and did a great job. Most of the kids are going to camp with us in a couple of weeks. Jeff and I love spending time with these kids. They are definitely a blessing in our lives. Then in the picture of me and the girls, are my 4th-5th grade little divas. These girls are amazing little gals and know so much about the Bible. They really challenge me in what I know. It is crazy to know that these little people probably have just as much or more Bible knowledge as I do and I went to Christian college!!
The on in the front is a precious girl who I love very much and yesterday she asked if I would baptize her!! Wow!! I have never had the privilege of baptizing anyone, and it is an incredible honor to be asked by her and her mother to baptize Delaney.

Then of course the picture of Tyler and his ornery little self. This kid can spot stairs from a mile away. He wanted to be climbing the stairs to the stage even while the program was going on. You almost can't get the kid off of the stairs without having a bit of a fit thrown.
But you just tell me that he doesn't look ornery!!
